Problem – Headache

More than 95 percent of all Americans periodically experience tension headaches triggered by stress and fatigue. 80 million doctor’s visits are made annually by headache sufferers and over $4 billion is spent each year on over-the-counter headache pain relievers.

Solution – Massage

Massage relieves headaches by releasing tight, shortened muscles and trigger points in the neck and the head. When these muscles relax and become more pliable, pressure decreases on nerves and blood vessels. circulation improves and pain is relieved.
“Working Mothers Magazine, in it’s 11th annual survey of the 100 best companies for working mothers, reported that 77 percent of the best companies offer therapeutic massage versus 11 percent of companies nationwide”
